The flagship model, featuring thirty rooms in five districts of Bangladesh, served as the initial prototype for a supply chain system that takes less time, produces less waste, and saves resources. The accomplishment within a six-month timeline reflects the strong collaboration with the JATRA Business Team, including Mr. Monjur, Mr. Ajeyo, Ms. Kimty, Mr. Chopol, Mr. Sakimul, Ms. Labonno, and the dedicated construction team.
