Design of a local franchise with an effort to reflect the brand and business value into the physical manifestation.

This was a prototype-based design solution. The first few were built in Dhaka, Bangladesh, as mock-ups for evaluation on how design can foster customer satisfaction and also promote the brand value. Ergonomics was the primary priority, as this is a tiring job within a fairly concise space. After the positive outcome in the overall business, this model was adopted for the selected World Service Centers of FedEx, World wide.
